Accommodation Terms & Conditions:

• All rates stated are indicated in € per room per night, inclusive of breakfast, VAT and applicable charges.
• A 3 nights' minimum stay, at all above hotels, is required
• VAT is subject to change and as a result room rates may increase in line with any change in applicable tax.
• Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• Porterage service is not included

The wireless network is freely available at all suggested congress hotels except Athens Hilton Hotel (cost per day €20).

Cancellation Policy Change Of Reservation

Cancellation of accommodation must be notified in writing to the Official Housing and Travel Agent, PRC Congress & Travel at esgar2017@prctravel.gr Cancellation or changes made by phone cannot be accepted. Please do not contact the hotel directly as reservations are held by the Official Housing and Travel Agent, PRC Congress & Travel. In case of later arrival other than reserved please inform the Official Housing and Travel Agent, PRC Congress & Travel in order to guarantee the room.

A handling fee of € 30 will be charged for any modification of reservation. Names changes are not allowed.

All refunds will be made within two months after the end of ESGAR 2017.
